By accessing the INVMC developer showcase website, licensing our source code templates, or booking consulting hours, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please disconnect and stop using our services immediately.
All payments made to the INVMC template store represent single-user licenses for digital source code or prepaid consulting hours. Because digital template archives are delivered instantly upon successful payment processing, all sales are final. There are no refunds, transfers, or exchanges. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your software licenses.
Purchased source code templates are licensed to a single developer. You may modify the code for personal or client-owned commercial deployments. However, you are strictly prohibited from reselling, sub-licensing, redistributing, or publishing the raw source code archives in public repositories.
INVMC templates and custom scripts are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from server errors, data loss, database failures, or compiler updates. We reserve the rights to update or modify template designs at any time without notice.
